How are deposits paid for custom work?

Can I send my files?
Yes. Use the custom order form to send your STL, SVG, logo file, sketch, or project details. We will reply by email with the next step.
Are custom items refundable?

Is live card checkout already active?
Yes. Standard catalog products can be paid securely through Stripe checkout on the website. Custom orders, larger business jobs, and website deposits can still be handled by approved quote link by email when needed.
