Use of this website

- By using the site, sending a quote request, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- All content, pricing, and availability may be updated without notice.
- Quotes, timelines, and scope are confirmed by email.
Quotes and pricing
How pricing works
- Listed products may have fixed website prices.
- Custom items are priced by size, colors, detail level, quantity, and finishing.
- Custom website projects start at the published starting rate but final pricing depends on scope.
- Unless otherwise stated, quotes are typically intended for a limited time and can be revised if scope changes.
Deposits and payment
Custom deposits and balances
- Custom 3D items, bulk jobs, and custom websites may require a deposit before work starts.
- The deposit amount depends on the deal, scope, and materials required.
- Deposits may be sent by secure email payment link or other approved payment method after quote approval.
- Deposits are applied toward the total project balance unless otherwise stated in the quote.
- Remaining balances may be due before shipping, pickup, handoff, or website launch.
Custom products
- Customers are responsible for reviewing dimensions, text, colors, spelling, and hardware requests before approval.
- Small visual differences can happen between screens, renderings, photos, and finished printed items.
- Production times depend on the order queue, quantity, materials, and project complexity.
Custom websites
- Website clients are responsible for providing business information, logos, wording, and review feedback on time.
- Project scope, included pages, and revision limits are confirmed in the quote or email approval.
- Extra pages, extra revisions, added functionality, or delayed content can change timing and pricing.
Artwork and customer files
- You must have the right to use any logo, artwork, text, or file you send.
- You remain responsible for the content you provide.
- Custom3D ExpertDesign may refuse work that appears unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate.
Returns and refunds
- Custom, personalized, quote-based, or made-to-order items are generally non-refundable once design, file preparation, materials ordering, or production has started.
- Standard non-custom products may be reviewed case by case if there is a clear issue, but used or damaged items may not qualify.
- Website deposits and custom deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery and limitations
- Shipping times, delivery timelines, and launch timelines are estimates unless specifically guaranteed in writing.
- Custom3D ExpertDesign is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site, products, or services.
- If a problem arises, the preferred first step is to contact us by email so we can review the issue directly.
