How do custom item prices work?
Custom 3D products are usually priced by size, color count, logo detail, quantity, and finishing. Launch pricing starts at 1" keychains from $7.99, 4.5" bag tags from $16.99, and 8" logo badges from $39.99.
How much do custom websites start at?
Custom website projects start at $799 and are quoted by scope.
How are deposits paid for custom work?
After a quote is approved, a secure deposit link can be sent by email depending on the project and deal.
Can I send my files?
Yes. Send your STL, SVG, logo file, sketch, or project details to files@custom3ded.com.
Are custom items refundable?
Because custom items are made to order, they are generally not refundable once design, materials, or production has started. See the Terms.
Is live card checkout already active?
Not yet. The current site keeps the cart and email order flow in place. Stripe-ready payment links can still be used by email for deposits while full checkout is being connected.
Do I need an account?
No. You can order without one. A secure account just saves your details for faster future checkout and quote requests.
